Project Manager

Location – EU.

Atwix is a leading company in developing solutions for the Magento Open-Source and Adobe Commerce.

Responsibilities:
– Project manage the development of Magento-based eCommerce websites, including management of client requests, task decomposition & distribution, and overall ownership of projects & estimates
– Manage of a team of developers, including Quality Assurance engineer, and Technical Lead
– Manage project stakeholders, including upselling and cross-selling within an agile development methodology
– Gather client business goals and requirements, and champion their successful implementation
– Manage client expectations and communications which are fundamental for planning team workload, and for project development and support
– Manage Sprint-planning and project delivery; Maintain project Backlog
– Oversee and ensure project budget, scope, and deliverables
– Collaborate with HR to manage and develop individuals, and the development team, as a whole

Requirements:
– 2+ years experience in Project Management within an international IT company
– Successful track record of delivering Web or Software projects
– Experience in Agile methodologies
– Advanced English communication, both verbal and written, including strong Business-English
– High-level communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
– Experience with JIRA issue & project tracking software
– Strong analytical skills, balanced by deep empathy
– Technical background, or a willingness to dig into technical details

Nice to have skills:
– Experience with Magento-2 projects
– Project Manager (PM) Certification
– Experience building, managing, and developing Remote teams
